Product Manager CX

As a Product Manager for our Customer Experience (PM CX), you are responsible for driving and developing part of the product within the framework of the goals and strategies established by the Product Council. You have a mandate to steer direction and prioritize within your product area of CX, with a balanced focus on new development and product maintenance. The role involves working closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure the product delivers business value, technical feasibility and ease of use.
Product ownership
- Ensure product initiatives solve the right problem and create value for the customer.
- Prioritize and manage product initiatives and improvement proposals within CX.
- Make decisions about product content and prioritization in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Responsible for packaging and market offers for the product.
Cooperation and coordination
- Working together with:
- Lead software engineers and developers to ensure technical feasibility.
- UX to ensure usability.
- Gather input from Customer Success and Support to capture customer feedback and requests.
- Product Marketing and Sales to ensure market value and execution.
- Lead software engineers and developers to ensure technical feasibility.
- Represent CX at Product Update Meetings and inform about updates and new functions.
Market and business perspective
- Monitor that the market is ready for product launches.
- Follow up on deliverables to verify they achieve the desired business benefit.
- Responsible for value assessment and inclusion of third-party features in the Marketplace.
Authority
- Control prioritization and direction within CX.
- Drive discussions and decisions about product strategy and content.
- Suggest improvements and initiate product improvement initiatives.
Your profile
You have a strong understanding of business and the market place, paired with a good understanding of what the customer need, and are able to translate these into product solutions and offerings.
You have an excellent:
- Way of communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to navigate between technical, business and user-focused requirements.
- Ability to make decisions based on data and insights.
- Strategic focus with a long-term perspective on product development.
